I'm Dale

I have more than a decade of training experience helping individuals to become stronger and move better - from national title-winning powerlifting to clients recovering from strokes or surgery. This deep understanding of human movement forms the foundation of my approach to sports massage.

Knowing how the body moves (and how it compensates when something isn't right) enables me to provide focused and effective treatments. The combination of massage with movement knowledge means that I can adapt every session to assist not only short-term relief, but also long-term progress, recovery and maintenance.

Treatments

All new clients require an initial consultation. This session will include a 20 min assessment (including postural analysis) and a 40 min treatment.

Pay as you go

Ideal for individuals who need ad hoc support, our pay as you go sessions offer complete flexibility. Whether you've got a new niggle, are recovering from a tough training session, or just want to ease tension. This option enables you to book as and when you need - with no commitment required.

Block bookings
(5 Sessions – 40 or 60 mins)

Perfect for those seeking regular treatment without the commitment of a long-term plan, our block bookings are economical and keep you on track. You'll get five sessions to be used over five months - ideal for managing ongoing issues, or remaining on top of general muscle maintenance.

Treatment plans
(6 Weekly Sessions – 40 or 60 mins)

Our customised treatment plans are ideal for those who are dealing with chronic pain, rehabilitation goals, or more severe muscular imbalances. With weekly sessions over six weeks, this option provides a dedicated approach to progress and recovery, with continuity that supports long-term success.

Revival Clinic has been a game changer!

I went to Dale as someone who had played rugby for 17 years and had a list of injuries that were affecting my ability to train in the gym. After discussing these issues with Dale, we focused on my main concern: lower back pain during leg training (especially squats), along with some general maintenance for the rest of my body.

Dale quickly identified that the back pain was actually stemming from a tight groin and hips. Over just four sessions, the difference in how I felt was night and day. Dale was also kind enough to give me some stretches and recommend great exercises to help strengthen the area.
